New Hobby

A new hobby of mine is sewing quilts or blankets. Well, it's not a new hobby, but just picked up once again. My grandma sews and so does my aunt, so it's been fun to have that between the three of us. It gives me something to do during the day and makes me feel pretty good when I finish one. Anyways, just thought I'd show what I've been up to lately.

Holly Days Parade

Watching all the excitement

Waiting in the car until the parade made it to us

We went and endured the freezing cold Friday night to see the lights parade. The kids really enjoyed it. They had camels, ponies, an elf, and lots of other fun things there to do, but it was so COLD! Oh well, what you do for free entertainment, and the kids had fun...that's all that matters, right.

Waiting

I went and had my ultrasound done the other day and took the kids with me. Jayk met us there later, but in the mean time, the kids got pretty bored. They decided they wanted to make silly faces, I thought they were pretty cute! Oh, and we didn't find out what we're having. Nope, we're going to let it be a surprise. Shelbe thinks...well, KNOWS it's a girl and so does Jayk, I think it's a boy, and Brody just knows it's a "baby." We'll see in a few months!

Working with Daddy!

My mom and dad had Jayk hook their sewer up last weekend. It was quite the experience since the kids had to help out the whole way. They really enjoyed helping Jayk on the mini and getting down in the trench with him and my dad. Brody wetting the dirt down

Shelbe would get side-tracked every now
and then and play in the leaf piles

Both the kids loved getting up on the equipment

Looks like a natrual...I think he was born for this
